Letters from Childhood

Collectors of a certain age can still remember the days when schools taught their pupils how to hold a pen and then embrace the technique of italic writing with a fountain pen and real ink. The surviving letters to parents, while not containing any great insights, are works of art in themselves and are collectable in their own right.
