Inspiration on Tour

Lindsay Jang, of Ronin and Yardbird, is no stranger to Hong Kong’s discerning diners. The entrepreneur, who is an Asia’s Most Influential honouree, offered those in the city a sneak peek into her upcoming London culinary venture, the French-Mexican restaurant Dué, via a pop-up in March at Ronin. The concept is a partnership with chef Jesús Durón, formerly the executive chef of the globally renowned Mexico City restaurant Pujol, who brought his culinary flair to the Hong Kong pop-up.
