World’s biggest catamaran

Dykstra Naval Architects has designed the world’s largest sailing multihull, a full custom twin-masted, which launched last year, and the previous largest sailing cat, at 44m/145ft. From the scant details so far and only this one sketch released, it looks like the aluminium hull form will sport twin masts with some sort of Dynarig, the system developed by Dykstra originally for . This rig will be capable of setting 1,660m2 of sail for efficient cruising and ease of handling.
