Birds of a Feather

as locals, we never forget the first time we were swooped by a magpie. We don’t immediately think of their beauty but acclaimed Australian Artist Yanni Pounartzis and Katoomba-based Fibreglasser Stuart Rowsell have teamed up to capture their majestic side.

Together they have created a large magpie sculpture for a private collector, who is developing a designated area for sculptures on his property in Yass.
