Mother’s Day Brunch

Elderflower Punch

MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS

1 cup fresh raspberries
¾ cup elderflower liqueur
½ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup honey
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled
Garnish: fresh mint sprig

1. In a large pitcher, combine raspberries, liqueur, lemon juice, honey, lemon, and mint leaves. Before serving, stir in wine. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.

*For a nonalcoholic version, substitute elderflower
