The minimum wage required for workers to bring their partner to the UK from abroad is set to rise on Thursday amid warnings that the changes will be “unfeasible” for some businesses.
From April 11 Britons will need to earn at least £29,000 a year to “sponsor” a family member to come to the UK - up from £18,600.
The threshold is set to rise again
