Aesthetica Creative Writing Award 2024

Enter poetry and short fiction in the annual £5,000 international literary prize.

The annual international Aesthetica Creative Writing Award has been running for 15 years, and invites entries of innovative new poetry and short fiction. Aesthetica is particularly interested in works that reflect on our ever-changing world.

The short story winner will receive £2,500, a five-day Arvon course, a six-week Curtis Brown short story course, aand and membership of Litopia. The poetry winner will receive £2,500, two online Arvon poetry masterclasses, a six-week poetry writing course from Curtis Brown, full membership of The Poetry Society, a course from the Poetry School and a year’s subscription to Poetry London, plus a year’s subscription to and and membership of Litopia.
