It looks too good to be true, doesn't it? Your eyes aren't deceiving you — the images on these page aren't the result of AI or Photoshop. They are, in fact, photographs of real spaces created by the garage design experts at workshop furniture manufacturer, Dura (dura.co.uk). Regular readers will recall the showcase feature we published about the company in our November 2022 issue. As we outlined at the time, many of the world's leading OEMs, including Porsche, use Dura designs and equipment for their workshops. Indeed, if you're lucky enough to visit the home of Porsche in Stuttgart, you'll find Dura's furniture taking up residence, but it isn't limited to Zuffenhausen. In fact, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, Bugatti, BMW and Caterham all rely on Dura products and services.
For the purposes of producing this article, we were given exclusive access to Dura's in-house design team, who kindly took us through the process of designing workshop and garage spaces.
