PRACTI CAL SCOOT ERING TECH TIPS Part 5

I must admit, I wasn’t expecting the panels to be painted and back in time for this edition, but I hang my head in shame. Oh ye of little faith! The painter (Sean) delivered on time, and so I now have a cracking set of panels with British racing green added, and they look the business. This little scooter, in my opinion, has been dramatically transformed into a real little stunner. I wasn’t a fan of the old chrome backrest/rack, nor the big clunky mirrors, and definitely not the standard exhaust or factory shade of (pastel?) green. But, with a few simple upgrades (not forgetting the very sexy-looking Bitubo shocks) this little 125cc Royal Alloy really looks the part. The aesthetic improvements have been equally matched by performance enhancements too; with the exhaust, filter, remap and variator/roller kit, this little engine is much livelier and will hit
