Gardening for wellbeing

There are times in life when things can get a little crazy, with too many deadlines to meet, multiple work commitments playing on our minds, finances to fret over and general, day-to-day pressures. It can all get a little overwhelming.

A lot has been written about the benefits of gardening for our own wellbeing, and speaking from experience, I know that it has frequently helped me manage the stresses and strains of everyday life. Our gardens and public spaces can provide a real sanctuary, allowing us all to step away from the pressures of life and calm mind, body and soul.

What is wellbeing?

Wellbeing is how robustand loving relationships with friends, family and loved ones. Holding down healthy working relationships is also integral to our well-being.
