NOTES
The Tote Bag is worked in the amigurumi style. Work continuously in a spiral without closing off each round with a slip stitch. Stitch markers are used to mark the start of the round and the halfway point. These denote the two pattern repeats, move these markers up as you work. All stitches use the yarn under technique, this produces a tighter stitch which sits more vertically than a normal dc – see Abbreviations for instructions.
Change colour on the final yrh of st before colour change is indicated. Carry the unused colour across the top of your sts, enclosing the strand as you work.
