A This could be Eosinophilic Oesophagitis (EoE), a chronic immune condition in which a food allergy can cause inflammation in the oesophagus.
It causes a variety of symptoms including acid reflux, difficulty swallowing, regurgitation of food and vomiting. Sometimes, food can get stuck in the oesophagus, leading to trips to A&E.
