I love seeing the top of the rhubarb forcing pot being pushed up by the green tops of the rhubarb stalks! It’s great to have something fresh and tangy to eat at the start of the season and really gets ourwith a cup of tea for an afternoon treat or served warm with custard! The flavours of the rosy, pink rhubarb go really well with the addition of almond and lemon.
