Passenger: who's playing who in ITV's new police thriller starring Wunmi Mosaku and David Threlfall?

A moody Northern town, a heart-wrenching disappearance, a tight but troubled community, and some hardened police officers with complicated personal lives. Sounds familiar?

If it’s a tried and tested formula in British TV drama, then that’s because it tends to land more often than not, and next up to use this blueprint is Passenger. Though it seems this one may have a twist on the formula.

This new six-part ITV series, created by Broadchurch actor Andrew Buchan in his screenwriting debut, arrives on ITV and ITVX on Sunday. In this show, a local girl has gone missing from the fictional village of Chaddar Vale, on the Lancashire-Yorkshire border and DI Riya Ajunwa (Wunmi Mosaku) must investigate.

With just a few more days until the series is released, here’s a breakdown of who is playing who.
