•2 cups cooked quinoa, left to cool •200g edamame •150g smoked salmon •1 avocado, quartered and sliced •4 radishes, sliced thinly lengthwise •1 cucumber, sliced thinly with a mandolin •Grated beetroot • Pickled ginger • Toasted black and white sesame seeds • Soy sauce and sesame oil to serve
