I really must love motorcycling. As you can see from the pictures, the sun was shining brightly, but believe me, it was bloody freezing! Riding up to Manchester in that sort of weather, passing through the elevated environs of the Peak District, and having to dodge occasional patches of snow, I should have been on a bit of a downer.
