For the past four decades, since he first walked into a Tamworth newsroom as a cadet reporter, Seven’s Mark Ferguson has had a front-row seat to the events of the day – both big and small. Like all good stories, there’s been a bit of luck involved, a bit of drama and plenty of action along the way. Here, in his own words, Ferguson, 57, reflects on a lifetime in the news.
