What is the Home Office English language test scandal? BBC Panorama cheating exposé has 10th anniversary

Thousands of international students who believe they were the victims of serious injustice 10 years ago are campaigning to clear their names.

Significant new information has recently been introduced in court, casting doubt on the Home Office's decision to accuse the students of cheating. This resulted in many of them being expelled from their courses and deported.
