Chester's sprung surprises on us at every step, especially at the zoo. Well, I didn't know there was such an animal as a giant otter, did you? In my ignorance Ialongside our campsite in Châteaulin, Brittany. In Chester Zoo the endangered otters are – OK, about three feet tall. I thought at first I was seeing a seal, then it stood upright and clambered up the cascade, an amazing sight.
