A willingness to learn and give back has presented numerous opportunities for 26-year-old Georgia Dale. She works with livestock analysis system Black Box Co and contributes to the beef industry through the Beef Australia Next Gen program.
“My role with Black Box Co offers me so much diversity to work with people from right across the beef supply chain, and learn about their businesses and the changing market demands. It’s a great opportunity to learn from people who are constantly pushing the boundaries and contribute to a very important piece in the future of our industry,” she says.
Georgia grew up on a mixed-farming operation in South-East Queensland and studied Applied Business Management externally while working in various roles. In the lead-up to the Beef Australia 2021 event, she served as the Next Gen Committee coordinator and sponsorship assistant.
