Once you and Baby have settled following those first weeks after birth, have a go at expressing and storing your breast milk. It’s the first little step to not nursing for a good stretch, whether it be for a long journey by car, to go back to work, enjoy the odd glass of wine during a meal - or just be somewhere with Baby where you’d rather give a bottle than whip out the boob.
