A season worth saving? The Lakers have to figure it out.

A drizzle of optimism worked its way into the Lakers locker room Wednesday night. The Lakers had just beaten Dallas for their fourth win in six games. It was a stretch that saw them take care of the Clippers' James Harden, Kawhi Leonard and Paul George and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's Thunder before handling Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving.

The fog of the previous month had begun to clear, the frustrations with coaching decisions, inconsistent effort, travel and injuries giving way to more harmonious basketball.
