1ost people who see this car comment that they have never seen one before. There is a good reason for that – it was a one-off car intended for advertising, press events, motor shows and the like. It was built for Skoda GB by one of their dealers, Fortune Auto Sale in Essex, who were one of the biggest Skoda outlets at the time. They simply got two Skoda Estelles and merged them together to form one extended six-door limo. They then put it on their forecourt as a talking point and to pull people in, although it tends to take people a few seconds to realise firstly that something is unusual, and then to figure out what that thing is.

It wasn't done as a serious proposition for a limo, just for grabbing people's attention. It was stickered up along the side with the slogan: SKODA LASTS LONGERRR. The conversion work was done properly though, because obviously they couldn't just bodge something together if they were going to take it to car shows and it was going to represent the Skoda brand.
