‘Israel’s defence based on falsehoods’

South African Justice Minister Ronald Lamola said Israel had failed to disprove South Africa’s compelling case that was presented in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague after Israel presented their case yesterday.

Speaking outside the ICJ building after Israel made their submission to the court against South Africa’s charge of genocide in Gaza, Lamola said: “We stand by the facts, the law and all the evidence we have submitted.”
