From a young age, Chef Joseph Paire III knew he had a love for cooking. With a large extended family, even the smallest holiday became a huge gathering with every relative helping to craft magic in the kitchen. While the seed was planted early on, it wasn’t until the world-shifting events of 2020 that Paire decided to combine his culinary passions with cannabis.
