The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is a real in-betweener. Above it sits the full-fat Galaxy S23 (see issue 343, p70), offering all the bells and whistles of a flagship phone for £849; beneath it the Galaxy A54, a great little handset starting at £449. Samsung obviously believes there’s a demand for a middle-ground option, but is this really a niche that needs filling?
