Ikon Gallery in Birmingham presented the first (2010–23), a two-hour version based on her original solo performance, (2010), recalling the experiences of migrants who are domestic workers in Birmingham and around the world. The retrospective included her momentous works such as the Indonesian traditional dance on blocks of butter in (2000); the performance-installation of herself hanging from a tree of old clothes (2006); and her grueling 12-hour grinding charcoal performance, (2012).
