Supersonic Tonic

G&T fans ahoy! The folk who (amongst other exotic refreshments) bought you classic Indian Tonic Water, Grapefruit & Thyme Tonic Water and Rhubarb & Smashed Mandarin Tonic Water, have created a magical new sonic tonic. It’s called Sonic Light Indian Tonic Water. A fusion of tonic and soda which is a lighter version of your favourite gin mixer. Containing 64% less sugar than their regular tonic water, Kawakawa and Cinchona extracts also give it a boost of distinct bitterness. I love it because it really makes the flavours in a good gin shine through and not become overwhelmed by sweetness. Alchemyandtonic.com
