My exercise routine…

I’ve tried gyms but I see them as a chore. I love running and I did the Great North Run but I think I sickened myself by doing too much, so I stopped for a while. I ran last weekend and really enjoyed it, so I’m hoping to get back into it. in Manchester, we start at 6.45am so I know I can run at 5.30am, get showered and I’m good to go.
