elcome to our last issue of 2023 and what a year it has been! There was a lot to celebrate within the– Amanda Gillies shared her beautiful wedding, the Kaiora and Francis Tipene were thrilled with the arrival of their little girl Ngāwaiata, Nadia Lim also welcomed her farm baby Arlo, and Ryan Bridge shared his romantic proposal. There were also some difficult stories shared. David Lomas, so used to being there for others, opened up about his family struggle, the Topp Twins talked about their cancer journey and Oriini Kaipara revealed the power of vulnerability. But equally important were the stories we’ve shared of everyday – yet extraordinary – Kiwis, who are living amazing lives in their seventies, eighties and beyond. And there have been inspirational younger people as well.
