PARADISE ON THE PACIFIC

raversing the world’s biggest ocean, the Pacific, is arguably the ultimate voyage. Circumnavigating half of Australia before taking to the great ocean and arriving on the shores of South America is the very definition of adventure. “The Grand South Pacific Expedition is a deeply immersive exploration of the rich biodiversity of these islands,” says Silversea’s Managing Director of Asia Pacific, Adam Radwanski. “It’s not about quick visits and warm weather, it is a mission to see the planet’s most remote and pristine regions. It is more like an educational experience in ultra-luxury comfort. Guests will visit 11 countries over 75 days, and visit 58 destinations — from Easter Island to Robinson Crusoe Island and, in a first-ever for Silversea, see Indonesia’s Fam islands in Raja Ampat to explore abundant coral reefs and mangroves.” Here are eight highlights that voyagers can expect on Silversea’s Grand South Pacific Expedition, setting sail in August
