Margot Robbie ‘I’m Miserable If I Don’t Eat’

There’s a reason why the whole of Australia – and the world – is in love with homegrown hero, Margot Robbie. She’s real, she’s relatable, and her laid-back Aussie approach to life sets her apart from most of her Hollywood cohort. The same goes for her relationship with her health and wellbeing. “I’m not good at doing moderation,” Robbie told Emirates Woman. “I get miserable if I don’t eat. I can’t just have a salad every day and a half a glass of wine every second day. I can’t do it.”

But fuelling her body with good stuff is also imperative, so while she does love a wine, she knows her limits. “Eating well and exercise need to be prevalent in my life so that I can feel my best, but I don’t want to dwell on it too much,” she told The Telegraph.
