THE FOREIGNER, 1934
I HAVE been asked to write about Cinnamons, Fallows and Albinos, but so little is known about their breeding results that I prefer to ignore these new varieties entirely for the present, wrote Mr Wall. Also I have been asked to explain Mendelism; this I regret to say does not come within the scope of these articles. The Mendelism required for most of our breeding can be found in many elementary books on science or in the first few pages of any work dealing with Mendel. My correspondents forget that these articles are intended for the beginner, who complains with justice that nearly everything written at present on Colour Breeding is too advanced for him.
