    VACUUM-BRAKED MDV 21t mineral wagons were converted for use in scrap metal traffic between 1985 and 1987. Wagons from both Diagram 1/119 and Diagram 1/120 MDV series were modified with a through air brake pipe allowing the wagons to be operated in the formation of air-braked trains, primarily Speedlink services.
