The iconic Muizenberg Huts have finally been restored after extensive renovations and a partnership between the City and the Friends of the Muizenberg Huts.
The 36 huts, which cost between R60 000 and R100 000 each to restore, were opened for the expected bumper tourist season.
Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis was ecstatic about the renovated huts.
