DR WHO AT BEAULIEU

he National Motor Museum at Beaulieu has unveiled a new temporary display featuring, marking the 60th anniversary of the series. Leading the exhibit is Bessie, the Third Doctor’s yellow roadster, which first appeared in and the Silurians in early 1970, after which it became a regular sight for actor Jon Pertwee’s Doctor. Alongside comes the Whomobile, a custom-designed vehicle which made its debut in 1974’s episode Invasion of the Dinosaurs. The unique vehicles are joined by an authentic Dalek. The display can be seen until the end of February 2024 and is included in a general admission ticket to Beaulieu. Visit for more information.
