ASK NEW ZEALAND NATIVES KOREY CONDON and Penny Busch what they love most about their place in Sydney’s Curl Curl, and they will tell you that there are no other houses between them and the beach, just a road. Avid surfer Korey saw a Gumtree listing – without pictures – for “a house zero skips to the beach” and called up immediately.
