Where we drink and dine says a lot about us as individuals and as a society. The message the jury received from the 2023 Eat Drink Design Awards entries is this: Australians embrace coexisting cultures; most interior styles have a place; quality must be world-class; casual doesn't equal careless; size doesn't matter; longevity does matter; and, above all, our appetite for good design is insatiable.
