CREAMY PAPRIKA CHICKEN

MAKES 8 PORTIONS

INGREDIENTS

8 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
salt to taste
2T butter
3T olive oil
½ cup (125 ml) white wine or chicken stock (see Tip)
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1 red pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
120 g sundried tomatoes in oil, roughly chopped
1T sweet paprika
1 cup (250ml) cream
basil or other herbs for garnish

METHOD
