CREAMY PAPRIKA CHICKEN
MAKES 8 PORTIONS
INGREDIENTS
■ 8 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
■ salt to taste
■ 2T butter
■ 3T olive oil
■ ½ cup (125 ml) white wine or chicken stock (see Tip)
■ 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
■ 1 red pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
■ 3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
■ 120 g sundried tomatoes in oil, roughly chopped
■ 1T sweet paprika
■ 1 cup (250ml) cream
■ basil or other herbs for garnish
