Your stars for 2024

Pluto, planet of change and transformation, is about to begin its 20-year journey through Aquarius, the zodiac’s most progressive and iconoclastic sign. It’s wonderful and daunting at the same time.

2024 is a number 8 year, a number of power and great fortune to the Chinese. It’s the year of the Wood Dragon, beginning on 9 February with the new moon in Aquarius. According to Chinese astrology, it’s a year to manifest your personal power and to achieve the success you’ve been waiting 12 long years for.

In western astrology, 8 is linked to Uranus, the antagonist of the planets, so disruption and controversy are the flavour of the year. Fashion will either be off-the-wall outrageous or romantic and sensual. The year 2024 contains 2 (opposition) and 4 (friction), but great things can happen when sparks fly!

Perhaps the best way of preparing for this year of extremes is to hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. Oh, and activating our super powers.
