One of our horses has these big swellings. We thought about bug bites but she doesn't have any on the neck. [It could be] centipedes as we live in Hawaii, but it looks impossible that she could get bitten so many times. Plus there is no sign of bites.
We gave her Benadryl two days in a row. The swelling went down, then back up again. Any clue?
