The first instalment of BAFTA-winning crime-drama Time positively riveted audiences, as the unexpected friendship that formed between sympathetic prison guard Eric McNally (Stephen Graham) and remorseful first-time offender Mark Cobden (Sean Bean) developed over the course of three incredibly tense episodes.

When the series returns this month, the action moves from Craigmore men’s prison to women-only HMP Carlingford, with the drama centred around three inmates, watch ) – who arrive at the facility on the same day and, together, learn to navigate their harsh new reality amid the ever-present threat of violence.
