The Bury Art Society

Neil’s oil painting (above) won the people’s vote at the recent Bury Art Society exhibition. Neil writes: ‘This painting is of my son, Jamie, with my grandson, Laurie. It is one of those precious moments of sharing each other’s company, which Sunday often gifts us with. Painting it was, for me, a way of getting to share in that moment.’

The Bury Art Society meets every Monday evening between 6.45pm and 8.45pm. New members are always welcome. For more details visit http://buryartsociety.com
