Using Google, it is possible to set up ‘alerts’ that monitor the web for interesting news content based around the topic you identify. I’ve got an alert set up to notify me when Google finds news references to ‘vehicles on beaches’. Yes, it usually lists some obscure news items such as vehicles cleaning beaches in Goa, India etc., but it also picks up local news items around New Zealand that could impact four-wheeling.
