Street children: Whose responsibility are they?

HOMELESSNESS

DUMP sites, street corners, shops entrances, and cold concrete floors across the country’s urban centres are places where the homeless and street children can mostly be found, and this is with and without adults close by.

This as children under the age of 18 can be seen day and night, as their numbers grow.

And while the figures vary according to who is counting, how, when and why, they are said to range up to and possibly beyond 300 000
