Seed there is still time to sow

s we move slowly but surely into the winter months, the choice of things to grow from seed dwindles to a shorter, more select list. The temptation to follow nature and semi hibernate becomes strong. Yet the rewards of growing are perhaps even more beneficial in these darker, often gloomy months than they are in the main gardening season when everything is in full productive swing. There is more time to experiment and revel in the sheer joy of watching as seed dutifully germinates into life.
