As is often the case, David Morgan’s classic Porsche journey stated with VWs. At the time he came to Karmann Konnection (KK), he was the owner of two Karmann Ghias, a ’68 coupé and a ’71 convertible, but had long desired a stablemate from Stuttgart for them. “I really enjoyed owning and driving the Ghias, but the Porsche itch eventually became too great to resist and so I started scouring the internet for a suitable restoration project,” he explains.
