SIX WAYS TO A FLAT BELLY

Engage your core each and every day, during regular daily movements. Every time you bend down or reach up for something, pull your belly button towards your spine and keep those abs tight.  Stand up when doing resistance exercises, such as bicep curls and shoulder raises.
