IS THAT… ME?!

Walking down the school corridor, I was on my way to my next class.

But I suddenly had the overwhelming feeling that I was being watched.

‘Hey, no-chin!’ a student yelled. ‘You look funny!’

Confused, I stopped walking.

Students were pointing and jeering at me from all around.

Although I was shocked, I carried on walking.

Why are they making fun of me? I thought.

When I was two years old, my mum Cherise, 60, noticed my face lacked bone structure, especially along my jawline.
