After spending the best part of a decade leading an old-school DMis more of an evolution rather than a revolution and sees the quintet fortify their early Entombed-esque sound with more melodies, grooves and dynamics. Simon Duson debuts some clean vocals to complement his growls and howls, and his powerful performances on the prog-tinged and the haunting and heavy title track are full of emotion. An ambitious and exhilarating offering, is the sound of a band reborn.
